Raw Tomato Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp dried Italian herb mix
  • 3 clove garlic

Make It

  1. Grind all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Spread onto teflex sheets.
  3. Score into squares or triangles.
  4. Dehydrate at 110º for 8-10 hours, or until completely dry, flipping onto mesh after a couple of hours.
