Cucumber & radish sandwiches

Ingredients (for 2 people)

1 long english cucumber, sliced super thinly

1 radish bunch, rinsed & sliced super thinly

2 cups of romaine lettuce, rinsed and towel dried

4 slices of bread ( For this recipe we used Silverhills Gluten-free Omega Flax)


salt & pepper

ricotta, cream or goat cheese (optional but so worth it)

To Make

  1. Butter bread slices
  2. On 1/2 of the slices, spread cheese if you like that option
  3. Add slices of cucumber and radishes.
  4. Add romaine leaves
  5. Salt & pepper to taste
  6. Cut the crust of your bread (to enjoy separately)
  7. Assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
