Dark Chocolate Dipped Mandarin Oranges
- 5 Mandarin oranges
- 1 Bar (100g) of Divine 80% dark chocolate, chopped
- Himalayan sea salt
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Peel the oranges and separate slices.
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate
- Dip each slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and repeat until all slices are coated and salted.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
