Dark Chocolate Dipped Mandarin Oranges


  • 5 Mandarin oranges
  • 1 Bar (100g) of Divine 80% dark chocolate, chopped
  • Himalayan sea salt


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Peel the oranges and separate slices.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate
  3. Dip each slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and repeat until all slices are coated and salted.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
