Home Made Gomashio

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unhulled sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Lightly toast sesame seeds in the oven at 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grind together with 1/2 tsp salt in a blender or food processor.

Notes:

Great on salads, baked potatoes.
