Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups garbanzos
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (or more if you like!), put through garlic press
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 1 tsp tamari

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well.
  2. Chill and serve with pita bread, veggies, or chips.

Notes:

Freezes very well, serve with pita bread.
