- 2 cups garbanzos
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (or more if you like!), put through garlic press
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of cayenne
- 1 tsp tamari
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well.
- Chill and serve with pita bread, veggies, or chips.
Freezes very well, serve with pita bread.
