- ½ cup coarsely chopped parsley (optional)
- ½ – 3/4 cup freshly grated romano cheese
- ¼ cup pine nuts or raw cashew pieces, lightly toasted (see notes)
- ½ cup olive oil
Served over cooked rice or millet, this flavourful curry makes a beautiful winter dinner.
