Discover this traditional natural bread making technique and learn to make baked goods that are more nourishing and digestible than baked items made with commercial yeast. You will learn how to make beautiful artisan loaves that are sure to impress. We will teach you all of the steps necessary for you to become an accomplished sourdough baker, and we will also make sourdough crackers. How to make your own sourdough starter and care for it will also be covered. This class does not include a meal, but we will have snacks and a starter for you to take home, so please bring a jar!
