Travel the world with your palate as we show you how to make a global array of beautiful flatbreads. We will show you how to make Dosas, Chapattis, Snowshoe Naan, Injera, Fougasse and we will give you recipes to take home for many others. We will make gluten free offerings in this class as well as regular flatbreads. Flatbreads freeze well and are a great addition to winter meals, soups and stews. Join us!
