Come explore the vibrant flavours of Morocco in this fun, engaging class. Learn the uses of North African herbs and spices while making a feast that’s equal parts tasty and healthy!
This special supper club version of our cooking class workshops includes a four course meal and freshly made mint tea.

With organic spinach, crispbread, sumac, & toasted pinenuts
Chicken Tagine
Oven roasted chicken with lemon, mint, cinnamon, garlic & chili
served on garlic saffron couscous

An orange & almond tart
