Hone your observation skills by learning about the environment in which these plants grow\, and practical botanical tips to help identify them. We will discuss ethical and appropriate harvesting practices\, gain an appreciation for the relationship of plants within the larger forest ecosystem community\, and how this can inform us on their medicinal actions in our bodies.
