- 1 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 c spinach or kale leaves
- 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder (hemp, rice, whey or peas)
- Optional: Mushroom powder, greens powder or berry powder for extra vitamins and minerals
Add all ingredient in your blender until you get a smooth consistency. You can add vitamins and minerals to your smoothie in the form of mushroom powder, greens powder or berry powder.
