Chocolate Chia Pudding

Made with delicious greens powder that taste like chocolate

Serves: 4 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Refrigeration Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond or oat milk
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Perfect Food Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Shaved chocolate and flaked salt, for garnish
  • Fresh sliced fruits, optional

*If you like a deep chocolate flavour add 1tbsp of cocoa powder.

Method

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except shaved chocolate and salt. Whisk until blended, scraping down sides of bowl as you go. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, for pudding to set. Serve with shaved chocolate, pinches of flaked salt or fresh fruit like strawberries, mango or banana.
