Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup good peanut butter
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • pinch cayenne
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari sauce

Make It

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.

Great on Asian noodle salads.
