Thai Peanut Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup good peanut butter
- ¼ cup hot water
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- pinch cayenne
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp Tamari sauce
Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Great on Asian noodle salads.
