Whey too Good Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 c Almond milk (or make your nut milk with 2 c water and ¼ c almonds or nuts of your choice, soaked overnight)
- 2 scoops Natural Factors Vanilla Whey Protein Concentrate
- 1 tbsp Flora flax oil
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp Organic Traditions acai berry powder
- 1 tbsp Organic Traditions sprouted chia & flax powder
- 1 banana, or ripe pear
- Large handful of greens of your choice- kale (remove spine), spinach or carrot tops
Make It
Add all ingredients to the blender and process on high for up to 1-2 minutes.
