This year we will be offering a hybrid AGM, you can attend in-person at the Adventure Hotel, or participate from home online. If you opt to watch from home, you will still have the opportunity to ask questions as we’ve done in years previous.

The schedule for this year’s AGM is as follows;

5pm Doors Open

5:30pm AGM starts

At our AGM you can expect the following;

• Meet your new directors. The election of directors will take place before the meeting – find out more on the Elections page.
• Hear a financial update from our fiscal year 2024 (June 2023– May 2024)
• See presentations from our interim Co-Interim General Managers, Board President and Board Treasurer
• Review proposed changes to the Rules.  The proposed amendment will be included in the announcement of the AGM, and is available to those who register for the AGM.

After the business portion of the AGM concludes, we will be having an open Q+A session with your Co-op management team.
