Jordann Kian is a licensed social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and 600hr Ayurdevic Health Practitioner training. Her approach blends Western therapeutic practices with the healing wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. Jordann delights in guiding others on their healing journeys through food, art, breathwork, nature, and meditation. You’ll often find Jordann in the kitchen, wandering the woods, or on a meditation cushion.

Margery Corrigan has been teaching classes in Health, Nutrition and Fitness since the early 1990s. Formally educated and certified in Kinesiology, Pilates and Functional Nutrition, she has a true holistic approach to wellness. Also having raised 5 kids on the land, Margery became well-versed in food production including various fermentation practices.

With a background in fine dining back in his home country of India and previous experience working in a leading 5 Star hotel restaurant, Rahul Joshi is currently the Head Chef for Finley’s Bar & Grill and Sage Tapas & Wine Bar. His culinary expedition has been a diverse and enriching one. Throughout the years, Rahul has explored various cuisines, embracing different cooking methods. Rahul is passionate about creating culinary masterpieces that bring joy to the soul.

Maggie has been teaching, lecturing and writing about health and nutrition for as long as some of us have been around and has raised three healthy and vibrant vegetarian children into adulthood. Maggie is passionate about and committed to living a natural healthy lifestyle, with a focus on fun and enjoyment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a class up to 48 hours before scheduled, we will apply a credit to your account or an in-store gift card. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible for credit – unless we are able to fill your spot.
The Kootenay Co-op reserves the right to cancel the class if less than 6 people are registered 24 hours prior to the class. A refund will be given for all cancelled classes.
