In-Store Purchase Return Policy
At our Co-op, if you are unsatisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it within 90 days of purchase, for either a refund or store credit per the details below. All items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. If you are a member and do not have a physical receipt, we can look up your purchase history via your member number.
Non-members without a physical receipt may exchange a faulty item for an exact replacement. We cannot provide non-members with a cash or credit card refund or store credit without a physical receipt.
For members who live out of town (more than 30 km from the store), we are happy to process returns, for faulty products only, over the phone, for store credit. We cannot provide a refund to your credit card. We require you to send an email with a picture of the faulty product to our Customer Service Team at email@example.com.
Online Shop Purchase Return Policy
If we send you the wrong product, a faulty product, or something that is not fresh, we will happily provide a credit card refund within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a product that meets these criteria, please take a picture of the product and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not bring the product back to the store. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong item or simply no longer want or like the item. Thank you for your understanding.
