ingredients
- finely ground chai spices, for glass rims
- grapefruit, peeled into big pieces
- 60ml fresh grapefruit, juiced
- 15ml fresh lemon, juiced
- 30ml sparkling water
- 3 full droppers of Backbone Botanicals Fennel Bitters
- ice
- edible flowers, for garnish
- (for 1 mocktail)
method
- Rim glass with the finely ground chai spices and then place in freezer to chill until ready to use.
- Peel grapefruit skin into big pieces and set aside for garnish.
- Juice the fresh grapefruit and lemon and strain them into a jar.
- Remove chilled glasses, add ice and then the juice, sparkling water and fennel bitters.
- Garnish with grapefruit peel and edible flowers, optional.
