This year we will be offering a hybrid AGM, you can attend in-person at the Adventure Hotel, or participate from home via Zoom.

5:30pm – AGM Starts

At our AGM you can expect the following;

• Meet your new directors. The election of directors will take place before the meeting – find out more on the Elections page.
• Hear a financial update from our fiscal year 2025 (June 2024– May 2025)
• Presentations from our interim Co-Interim General Managers, Board President and Board Treasurer

After the business of the AGM concludes, we will be having an open Q+A session with your Co-op management team.  In-person attendees can stay after for a screening of More Than a Grocery Store, a short documentary celebrating our first 50 years as a co-op.

Coffee, tea + snacks will be available for in-person attendees as well as a chance to win door prizes!
