Attendees will be able to communicate with the board and with each other by typing in their comments and questions. If you have a question for the board that you’d like them to consider before the meeting, please contact the Board.
You will not be on video or microphone, so you don’t need to worry about finding a webcam or cleaning up your room.
This presentation will look best on a laptop or desktop. A tablet or smartphone will be fine if that’s what you have, but some items may be small and challenging to read. Zoom works best if you can download their app onto the computer or device you are planning to use for the meeting. You can do this now at https://zoom.us/download to get the Zoom Client (for desktop or laptop) or Zoom Mobile App (for tablets or phones).

We will be using the “Poll” function to vote. Each registration is connected to one membership and gets one vote.
If you have multiple members in your household who would like to participate, each member must register for the AGM. Ideally each member will login to their own device, and if this is not possible please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find a solution.
