This year we will be offering a hybrid AGM, you can attend in-person at the Prestige Lakeside, or participate from home online. If you opt to watch from home, you will still have the opportunity to ask questions as we’ve done in years previous.

The schedule for this year’s AGM is as follows;

5pm Meet the Board (for in person attendees)

5:30pm AGM starts

6:30pm Q+A with Co-op Management

At our AGM you can expect the following;

• Meet your new directors. The election of directors will take place before the meeting – find out more on the Elections page.
• Hear a financial update from our fiscal year 2023 (June 2022– May 2023)
• See presentations from our interim Co-General Managers, Board President and Board Treasurer
• Meet our directors and ask them questions about our Co-op’s governance

After the business portion of the AGM concludes, we will be having an open Q+A session with your Co-op management team.
