Last summer we had the pleasure of visiting Robin Mercy and his merry band of fungi farmers in Kaslo, BC – touring his beautiful home property, and headquarters of Mr.Mercy’s Mushrooms. Not only is his passion for all things mycelium unparalleled, but his commitment to community through mushroom education and workshops shines a spotlight on the organic food scene in Kaslo.
