Kootenay Emergency Response Physicians Association (KERPA) is a Nelson-based registered charity operating an emergency medical response service staffed by volunteer physicians, attending the highest priority 911 calls. KERPA is dedicated to saving lives and improving health and injury outcomes by bringing advanced medical equipment and expertise to patients on-scene when they need it the most.
