Robin Mercy is the owner of Mr. Mercy’s Mushrooms, a certified organic mushroom farm in Kaslo BC. He found his way into cultivation by way of wild foraging, which he fell in love with over the course of a decade spent working in the forests of Interior BC. He loves sharing his passion for all things fungi, and continues to draw inspiration from the rich and complex ecosystems that surround us here in the Kootenay’s.
