Typically at their peak from November until late December, pomegranates are sweet with just the right amount of tartness. They brighten up any dish with a beautiful vibrant red colour. And pomegranates are so much more than just a pretty fruit – they are a potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and loaded with vitamin C + K, folate and potassium.
