Ingredients 

4-5 ripe avocados, mashed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 jalapeno, diced (optional based on your preference for heat)
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 small limes, juiced
salt, to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients, except lime juice, in a medium bowl and mix well.

Stir in lime juice + add salt to taste.

Grab your favourite chips + dig in! Also works great as a sandwich spread, burrito/taco condiment or as a dressed-up avocado on toast snack. Enjoy!
