Fresh, simple, and ready in one pan – made from ingredients you likely already have on hand. Add rice and a side salad and you’ve got a weeknight dinner worth coming home to.
ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 large lemon, juiced
2 tsp salt
fresh thyme or 2 tsp dried
1 tsp paprika
pepper, to taste
method
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix yogurt, oil, garlic, lemon juice + spices.
Coat drumsticks in marinade.
Cover + refrigerate 30 mins.
Remove from fridge 30 mins before baking.
Bake 45–50 mins, until golden and 165°F internal.
Rest 5 mins. Serve.
Serve with rice, salad and/or a side dish.
