ingredients
1 cup quick or rolled oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
method
Mix all the ingredients together in a jar, place the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight to soak. When you wake in the morning your oats will be soft and ready to eat. Add some fresh fruit toppings and enjoy!
