Join Coco Seitz, founder of the Kootenay-based Mama’s Dumplings, as she shares her Chinese heritage and culture while walking you through step-by-step, the making of delicious Northern Chinese Style dumplings. This class covers how to make the wrappers and fillings from scratch + various folding techniques + her signature dipping sauce. We will make two different fillings: a meat variety with pork and celery, and a vegetarian one with egg and zucchini.
