Each year your Co-op awards scholarships to community members heading into post-secondary education – not just to support their studies, but because of what they represent: people who want to make their communities better.
We had a large number of great applicants this year, proving just how much talent is growing in our community. This year we awarded $3,000 across four recipients, chosen not only for their academic direction but for the volunteer and community work they’re already doing. They’ll be studying Biology, Environmental Conservation, Neuroscience, and Health Sciences – fields that say something about the kind of community we are.
We’re proud to send them off well.
