*Kewpie (or Japanese-style) Mayonnaise is savory, tangy, and sweet with a thicker and creamier consistency than regular mayo.
To make a similar version of it from regular jarred mayo:
1. add 1 cup of mayo to bowl
2. whisk in 2 Tbsp of rice vinegar
3. add 1 Tbsp of sugar
4. mix well
(For 1 Tbsp of jarred mayo, whisk together ½ tsp rice vinegar and ⅛ tsp sugar)
