Her approach blends Western therapeutic practices with the healing wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. Jordann delights in guiding others on their healing journeys through food, art, breathwork, nature, and meditation. You’ll often find Jordann in the kitchen, wandering the woods, or on a meditation cushion.
