Looking to reduce stress & enhance calm? In this 1-hour workshop, you will learn how mindfulness can support your everyday life through the application of five practical techniques. There will be space for questions and discussion following the instruction and practices.
Instructor bio: Jessie Morassut is a mindfulness teacher based in the West Kootenays. Her work supports individuals to unplug from autopilot and reconnect to themselves. She leads Introduction to Meditation courses and mindfulness workshops in-person and online.
