How long have you been in business?
No6 Coffee Co. was established in 2015

How would you describe your company?
We’re focused on providing the highest quality coffees, committing our attention to the entire process and striving for a level of craftsmanship that matches our attention to detail.

All of our coffees are purchased from independent coffee importers that source exceptional specialty coffees directly from small farms, co-ops and respectable trading partners, paying above and beyond Fair Trade minimums. This ensures that farmers are directly compensated for the quality of their coffees and are encouraged to continuously improve quality.

What is the tasting bar?
Our tasting bar is a place to meet, learn and immerse yourself in a proper cup of coffee, without distractions. An intentional space with an educational approach to discuss where the coffees come from, how to brew a perfect cup and the roasting process. We’ll help you discover your flavour preferences and even match a brewing device to fit your lifestyle. Every week hosts an opportunity to discover something new and delve into the intricacies of a particular coffee, carefully prepared by us to engage all of your senses. It is a place that allows us to grow and engage with our community, a place where we can all slow down, get to know each other and enjoy good company.

Why is local food and/or local purchasing important to you?
It encourages, inspires and instills a sense of pride in our community.

If you could deliver a message directly to Co-op members/customers, what would it be?
Coffee is meant to be enjoyed, refreshing our liveliness and stimulating our senses. We thank you for supporting a culture of enjoyment with your selection.

Thank you for your interest and for your support of our coffee company!
